There are a few question marks in your picture which is easily to be understood that our big idea is about identity, purpose and so on. Good idea and nice combination of all these pictures. I like it.
I agree with yingting on that it is a good combo of the three words but I am not quite sure as to how to want to link mission with purpose. I get that every mission has a purpose but if you are trying to follow the questioning logic, in most cases the purpose behind each mission fairly clear.
